Jefferson Parish Fire Department takes great pride in protecting their community’s health, safety, and welfare. In order to achieve and maintain such a high level of competence, Jefferson Parish decided to build a new facility that allows one to train and learn the necessary values to achieve the level of capability to become a member of the Jefferson Parish Fire Department. This new facility includes new office space for training personnel and staff, 2 large classrooms for various training activities, and a lecture hall to accommodate 50 people for course lectures and demonstrations. With this training facility, Jefferson Parish Fire Department is able to continue their excellent level of service to the city of New Orleans.
