The St. Charles Pairsh Community Health Center operates as a community based wellness center.  The program includes: 19 exam rooms, office space, full lab, dental clinic, adult day-care, kitchen, accounting suite, waiting room, call center and a training/multipurpose room. St. Charles Parish aspired to bring the community based Heath Center closer to the community it served.  The new facility houses all of the basic and some specialized health and wellness services that would otherwise be unattainable by the local community.  While serving the community’s needs at the present population, the Health Center is design to accommodate a second floor of health services when they become needed.
