St. Charles Parish Schools strive for academic excellence on a daily basis which gives the credit to being one the top school systems in the state of Louisiana. The design of the Norco Elementary School addition was to provide a new building that would fit into the existing vernacular of the school’s campus. This building was designed using the latest technology and materials yet achieving the look of a building that has been there for years. The 18,634 sq. ft. classroom addition provided the space that Norco Elementary needed so they could split the campus into a K-3 and 4-6 grade spectrum. This new building included 12 classrooms, an administrative suite, confrence room, and restroom facilities.
